Not since the wild child rantings of Nate Schweber and the goofball antics of Craig & Al has Missoula embraced a radio personality like Trail 103.3’s T-Lo. The music-obsessed jockette with the sexy drawl brings the funk on her own Saturday night “Soul Shakedown” show, and she hardly ever misses a local concert. Those attributes-not to mention her impromptu sit-in with a few Indy staffers during an otherwise unfortunate karaoke session-give her this category for a third straight year.
